APSICON 2013 is the Association of Plastic Surgeons of India , Authentic , Benevolent and Conceptual. It is a Conference about the  Plastic Surgeins.The APSICONs’ have become one of the largest scientific conferences of Plastic Surgery. This being our association’s most exciting event yearly it will bring together practitioners, researchers and educators from around the country and the world who are engaged in all aspects of Plastic Surgery.
